Gründerszene started in May 2006 as a personal blog but was quickly transforming to a magazine and making crucial additions including the Gründerszene Database of startups, founders and VCs. The magazine features regular video content, expert articles, news and interviews with key players in the digital scene as well as seminars, a job board, an encyclopedia, yellow pages and a business deal section.
