The European Pirate Summit - Cologne, August 26-27th 2013

On the 30th-31st of October, the Hofburg Imperial palace in Vienna will open it’s doors to 2500 visitors, 60 top speakers from the US & Europe and the best 50 web/tech/mobile start-ups. The Festival is based on two tracks: the Startup academy with high-class mentors and the main stage for the big discussions, keynote speeches and inspirations.
At the Startup Challenge, where last year the 7 best teams got investments between 500K and 2,2M€ from YCombinator, VCs and Business Angels, 50 hand-picked start-ups get to spend a day prior to the conference days solely with investors (October 29th). The final eight will pitch to the big audience and the winner will take home 25K€ CASH. Applications are open till September 7th.
