Startups from all over Europe present themselves in a Bazaar-like atmosphere. It’s the best time to stroll around, network, see the most interesting new ideas and make new friends.

OUT OF THE BOX.NRW AWARD
With the OUT OF THE BOX.NRW award, the state of NRW is celebrating its digital startup scene.
At PIRATE Summit, the finalists will pitch to the jury and audience and compete for a total of 50,000 euros in prize money.
The party at the first evening will go until midnight.
Conference Day
The second day will be PIRATE SUMMIT as you know it.
A day full of interactive sessions, masterclasses, exiting speakers and insightful stories. And lots and lots of chances to meaningfully connect. It won’t be boring, promise!

WalK THE PLank
Our own pitch competition is back as well!
The plank is waiting for brave pirates to compete for honor and the favor of the sea and a yet secret prize!
THE LAST BURN
After an exciting day full of inspiration, learning, and networking, you’ll be part of an extraordinary ritual: An 8-meter tall wooden sculpture – based on an old Cologne Carnival tradition called “Nubbelverbrennung” – will be lit on fire for one last time.
Grab a bottle of rum, reminisce about the last decade, and celebrate with us all the moments, the friendships, and the magic that we’ve shared.
May this Last Burn inspire and energize you for everything yet to come!
The party will go until 4 am the next morning.
PIRATE CIRCLE
On June 29th – as a side event of PIRATE Summit – we organize a one-day retreat specifically designed for entrepreneurs and leaders.
We create a safe space to learn, dive into new experiences and connect with each other. A space that combines deep conversations with hands-on experiences to gain deeper insights, see different perspectives, and take more deliberate action.
Please note, that the Pirate Circle Founders Retreat, is not part of the regular Pirate Summit.
