Daniel Schneider conducts since April this year, the Oetker Digital Factory. Digital Factory is working to strengthen it digital product development, services, and data usage for the companies of the Oetker Group as part of Oetker Digital. With Oetker Digital, the Oetker Group wants with its well-known FMCG brands (eg Dr. Oetker, Radeberger, Coppenrath & Wiese, Bionade, Henkell sparkling wine) respond to the changes brought about by digitization and open up new business. Daniel is infected with the Internet virus since he administered and founded a shop for board games and role playing the mid 90’s first Linux server. He studied communications at the University of Erfurt and received his doctorate at Stanford University in Communications and Psychology. After five years as a consultant to the Boston Consulting Group, primarily in the financial services, he took over in 2013 a management position in product management at Zalando. Most recently, he was responsible for the development of the fashion Discovery App “Fleek” before joining Oetker Digital.
