Louis Papaemmanuel

An expert in EU Funding for Startups and SMEs, Louis is currently heading the team at EU Startup Services, the leading European-wide consultancy on EU Funding for Startups, directly securing over 31 direct grants ranging between €50K to €2,5M for innovative startups in the past year alone.

Louis has been working at the interface of technology, innovation and funding for over 8 years – initially for Non-Profits, then in Science and Technology at Stockholm University (under the Swedish Ministry of Entreprise), across different thematics, including e-Government, e-Privacy, e-Skills, and Interoperability. Today, Louis focuses exclusively on the European startup ecosystem through mentoring and access to funding, with a core focus on Open Disruptive Innovation, eHealth, Transport, Smart Cities, IoT and Energy.
