On June 29th – as a side event of PIRATE Summit – we organize a one-day retreat specifically designed for entrepreneurs and leaders.
We create a safe space to learn, dive into new experiences and connect with each other. A space that combines deep conversations with hands-on experiences to gain deeper insights, see different perspectives, and take more deliberate action.
The participants will be curated to ensure a good fit.

In the past two decades, we have participated in dozens of retreats. Some have been extremely helpful. Some have even been life changing. Others had little impact.
PIRATE Circle is a collection of the best formats we have found for a one-day event for entrepreneurs.
To deliver the best experience, we have partnered with the MASTERMIND MOVEMENT and exceptional instructors. All of them absolute experts in their field.

The MASTERMIND MOVEMENT is a dynamic community of entrepreneurs and leaders. In carefully curated peer coaching groups, they share their diverse experiences and expertise, supporting each other in learning, growing, and overcoming challenges.
In a confidential setting, surrounded by like-minded individuals, experienced MASTERMIND PILOTs create a safe space and facilitate focused, authentic, and meaningful conversations.

THE STRUCTURE OF THE DAY
The retreat happens on June, 29th. The day starts at 9 am, and we will finish at around 8 pm. For the best experience, we would advise being there for the entire day.
We will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals will be vegetarian. Vegan options will be available as well.
We are currently finalizing agreements with facilitators and instructors. One of our key criteria is that they have a ton of experience and outstanding references.

TICKETS & HOW TO PARTICIPATE
We are putting a lot of effort into making this event valuable. That’s why we curate the participants. What we ask of you is that you come with an open heart and mind and are sincere about participating.
Participation in the full-day experience incl. catering is 500€.
The early-bird price is 300€ and only valid for a limited amount of tickets. PIRATE Summit ticket holders get 50% off.
