Deine Aufgaben:

  • Forderungsmanagement
  • Vorbereitung der monatlichen Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Unterstützung des Steuerberaters bei der Erstellung des Jahresabschlusses
  • Rechnungserstellung
  • Reporting an die Geschäftsführung
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter, Kunden und Berater im Bereich Lohn- und Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und Teamassistenz

 

Dein Profil:

  • Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaft oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang
  • Alternativ: Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bevorzugt: Erste Erfahrungen mit Google Docs und Google Sheets
  • Team Spirit und gerne ein bisschen Craziness (die gute Art von crazy)
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Zahlen
  • Selbstständigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Zugängliche und kommunikative Persönlichkeit

Project Manager/Agenda Curator

We are looking for a driven, structured and enthusiastic Project Manager who will be in charge of the content of our conferences and events. Located at the STARTPLATZ co-working space, we offer a flexible and professional work environment. About the Job

 

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and managing the content of all our conferences & events
  • Understanding the full ecosystem of early-stage technology players (e.g. startups, large companies, investors, press) and dive in deep in specific verticals (e.g. AI/ML, Fintech, Insurtech, IoT)
  • Acquisition, communication with and coordination of experts/speakers
  • Conception and implementation of innovative interactive event formats
  • Coordination and communication with startup exhibitors before and during the events
  • Planning and execution of pitch competitions
  • Building positive and lasting relationships between PIRATEx and the national & international speakers & founders
  • Organisation of smaller events & meetups (location scouting, program curation, speaker- & startup-scouting)
  • Managing startup databases and continuously scanning the market for speakers that fit into our events

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Helping create and manage the sales pipeline mainly focusing on partner companies for the PIRATEx event portfolio
  • Developing and maintaining a strong sales network
  • Acquiring new international partners by implementing your own strategies
  • Building positive and lasting relationships between PIRATEx and its clients
  • Helping define and manage a marketing strategy to promote the OMClub in the digital community
  • Managing the full sales cycle for our event OMClub
