Jan Miczaika

Jan Miczaika joined HV Holtzbrinck Ventures as a partner in 2017. Previously Jan was COO at Wooga, a Berlin-based developer of mobile games (and a HV investment). Straight out of university Jan co-founded Hitmeister, an e-commerce marketplace later sold to Real – METRO Group. Since 2007 Jan has also been an angel investor in almost 20 companies including Blacklane, Audibene (sold to EQT/Sivantos), MAR (sold to Grünenthal Pharma), Homelike, Wooga and Jodel. Jan studied Business Administration at HHL in Leipzig and in the Ph.D. program at WHU.
